Summary: Great spot for some friends to get together. Free parking is guaranteed late at night, but difficult to find in the mornings. The street that the property is on has non-permit street parking. CTA red line is a few minutes walking, so we had no issues traveling to our event without driving. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating for some last-minute guest arrangements
