Summary: The host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. The space was good but the house itself is not as it appears in pictures. There are black spots on the ceiling in the bedrooms, the flooring is very used and did not feel clean (for example, the non-carpeted flooring was sticky), and spiderwebs in corners of the floors and ceilings. There were only enough dishes for a family of 6 for one meal and only serving utensils that we used as regular utensils so washed dishes often. The number of beds and the linens were as described and clean. The updated bathroom and the water pressure were great. Plenty of parking. Takes a while to get the parking pass since the community seems to have a lot rentals, so be prepared to wait about 20 minutes for a pass. Washer and dryer worked great. Kids enjoyed seeing deer outside every day.
