B108 with AC is a Ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden view condo. It offers easy access to the putting green, pool, bbq's, tennis, pickleball and ocean.
B108 was totally remodeled and features a wonderful kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy your Maui home. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the guest bedroom has two twins. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room making it possible to accommodate 6 people. The bathrooms are also remodeled with stand up showers in both.
Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills. Tennis & pickleball courts.

Care to windsurf or kitesurf? Just enjoy watching? Luana Kai is walking distance to the South of one of the worlds most famous wind surfing parks. The park has been upgraded with great roadside parking so now its a good bet you can even drive there. Watch the beautiful sails ply the waves as giant colorful kites pull surfers high above the water.

Summary: Our stay went amazingly well. The community was friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were welcoming on days that were too windy for us at the beach or to cook and hang out by. Our communication with the property manager as well as the owners were promptly responded to and always respectful in nature. I would highly recommend this property as a getaway.
