There’s one full bathroom, plus a downstairs half bath with a toilet and sink. You’ll also have 500 Mbps Wi‑Fi, a desk, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, free parking, keypad entry, Apple TV, and a private patio. Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium are a short walk away; Plaza Midwood, NoDa, South End, and Uptown are close by.

Summary: This property was perfect for our visit. We were touring all of the neighborhoods in Charlotte looking for a home for our son and his girlfriend. The location was perfect for our needs and Desmond was extremely helpful with tips of where they should look!
