D306 has pergo floor downstairs with a carpeted stairway and master bedroom in the loft. There are ceiling fans in each room. Table and chairs on lanai to enjoy outdoor dining while enjoying a beautiful, broad view of the Pacific Ocean and Waipuilani Beach Park.
Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills. Tennis & pickleball courts.

Summary: We started off the stay with wonderful communication from our host. They made sure we knew what to do and where to go when we checked in. The condo was really nice. The downstairs bathroom was the nicest, but we enjoyed both. We loved waking up in the loft hearing the birds and waking to the natural light. We had a view of the pool, ocean and pickleball courts. It was fun to watch all the players in the morning! It was a nice kept property. Found everything and more for what we needed in the room. Highly recommended to people. I’ve already sent the listing to a few people interested in Maui.
