You will enjoy having the Gulf in your backyard! No elevators to deal with a few steps and you are ON THE BEACH! This is my little piece of paradise and it can be yours too during your visit. This unit has been gutted and completely remodeled including the duct work. The A/C unit is equipment with a mechanism that completely disinfects the air as it passes through. It is furnished with upscale appliances, furniture, mattresses, utensils etc.
The location is less than a mile from Pier Park. You can literally walk to entertainment, restaurants and shopping.

Summary: This was a great unit very clean, updated, and everything worked in the room as it should!!! Our only negative feedback not giving 5 stars is the camera that is on the balcony right corner. Whether or not this camera was actually watching us the whole time, it was very uncomfortable to sit on the balcony with that camera pointing at us. Not knowing if somebody's watching us or if it's looking through the glass doors into the unit. If you're sitting on the couch or laying on the living room bed with the curtains open to view the ocean, you can't help but feel like the cameras watching you. Again it may not be, but it is just the feeling of it is very uncomfortable. Because of this we actually kept the curtains closed a lot of the time.
