Snowmobile Trail #5 is even situated at the edge of the property! You'll love the fully paved roads to the property, hi-speed 1 Gig internet, good cellular phone coverage and easy parking. You'll also have access to the PHP community clubhouse which includes a heated pool that's open all year long, a larger pool area that will be available in the summer months, and a game room inside the clubhouse with a shuffleboard and pool table!
