Summary: First with a positiveThe location was good and the air conditioning worked well.The pool, although taking a while to find was nice with a beautiful viewThat’s it for the good. This is a very very old complex. Water damage in the ceiling and the walls with rippled paint never repaired. There’s clearly been multiple alterations to the layout of the building. There were three bedrooms, however you walked from the loft bedroom into the second bedroom and then into the third bedroom. There’s no hallway and there is no curtains or doors separating the rooms. truly an open layout, which is not usually desired for bedrooms.Living room is quite smallKitchen is small with minimal counters. The bathrooms are teeny tiny and have obviously been reworked. The upstairs bathroom the door almost hits the toilet trying to get in. Two of the bedrooms, Jack and Jill into that bathroom but the third bedroom has to go through a bedroom to access it. This makes it very uncomfortable if you’re not related to the people whose bedroom you’re walking through to get to the bathroom.Getting into the building is difficult. There’s no description of how the layout of this building works. There are four buildings that make up the complex and what’s not clear as you have to go upstairs through some glass sliding doors to get to an interior hallway from which all the rooms of that building are accessed. Owners could do a much better job at describing how to get into your building.
