Welcome! A cosy cottage tucked away in a quiet lane just off Southbourne high street with its independent pubs, restaurants and artisan bakeries. 10 minute walk to the sandy beach through wooded gardens. High-chair, travel cot and bed guard rail on request. Retractable stairgate at top of stairs.
Open plan upstairs with beams and vaulted ceiling. A fun and sociable space! Two downstairs bedrooms with king (5’) bed and bunks suitable for adults as well as children (grown-ups bed linen also available). Bath and beach towels provided.
Small but lovely walled courtyard accessed through main bedroom. Fragrant honeysuckle in the summer.
Arrive at your convenience. Keys will be waiting for you in the keysafe at the cottage.
Free parking in surrounding streets. It can get busy, but you can usually find a space. Alternatively, Woodside Road public car park is just a minutes' walk away and always has space (£6.10 for 24 hours or £26 for a monthly pass).

Summary: Fabulous house in a great location. Has absolutely everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, washing products, extra bedding, games for kids, beach towels... Short walk to the beach, a good selection of shops and restaurants. Host left great recommendations for local activities and restaurants.The closest Fishermans Walk beach is much quieter and nicer than the main Bournemouth beach.
