Bournecoast are delighted to offer ROSEDALE, a second floor, modern holiday apartment with modern interiors which is perfect for families looking for contemporary accommodation in an ideal holiday location. The property is in a great position just walking distance from the award winning sandy beaches in Boscombe and Boscombe High Street. Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Bournecoast are also marketing other apartments in the block if you wish to holiday as a larger family group together but prefer to have the space and privacy of staying in separate apartments.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Super King Bed (which is a zip and link bed that can be separated into two standard single beds). The second bedroom has Twin Beds (which is a zip and link bed that can be zipped together to make a Super King bed). This room also has a pull out Single Bed and a SMART TV. Please note that if you need the Master Bed configured as Twin Beds or the Second Bedroom configured as a Super King Bed you will need to email the Bournecoast Customer Services Team at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.
There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, in the lounge area is a sofa bed to sleep one person and it is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - COFFEE MACHINE.
This accommodation has a modern bathroom which includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet.
There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note the space is not reserved or guaranteed). There is a communal bicycle store on the premises (please note that the store is not enclosed so bicycles need to be locked to the bars provided - bicycles are left at the owner's risk).
