This spacious 2-bedroom cottage is within easy walking distance to Basham’s Beach or Middleton Surf Beach. a short 4 min walk to the beach and close to cycle track between Port Elliott and Goolwa. It is a comfortable, light space that is full self-contained on its own large, fully fenced block. Perfect for a couple, two singles, or a small family.
The cottage has a large open-plan living/dining room with a full-size kitchen. The kitchen has a cooktop, oven, microwave and coffee pod machine. There are two bedrooms plus a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a big-screen TV with Netflix (Self Login) plus free WiFi for guest use.
Along its full width, the cottage has a large verandah which is a fabulous spot to relax to the sound of the waves crashing on Middleton Beach. Perfect to sit and relax watching the kids/dogs play on the grassed area in front.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.
The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. The property fencing is 2m to a height of approx. 1.5m at its lowest point.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $16 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $32 for 1 night.
