At our condo you'll have a ground floor entrance with visibility to one of the property's two heated outdoor swimming pools, in addition to hot tub, onsite laundry facilities, and plenty of parking!

House Rules:
Gulfview Condominiums require at least one adult 25 or older to be present during stay.
No parties or large events are allowed. If violated you will be asked to leave.
Pets are not allowed. If a pet is present there will be a $250 fine and you will be asked to leave.
This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.
Quiet time is 10pm-8am, please be respectful of our neighbors or you will be asked to leave.
The pool is use at your own risk. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
No golf carts are allowed to be parked in the Gulfview parking lot.
No commercial use of any kind.
Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
No late check-out or early check-in without prior approval.
