A fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before a beach day to a fresh-catch dinner after one, and the adjoining dining area seats four for card games, island takeout, or a long, unhurried meal. The bedroom is a calm corner of its own, anchored by a queen bed in the same soft coastal palette. An in-unit washer and dryer take care of the sandy towels so you don't have to think about them.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year.
- Pool heat is available for an additional cost but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
